Summer Workouts Start on July 12th at 6:45 am

Our summer program with our world class strength and conditioning coach Todd Durkin and the crew from Fitness Quest 10 starts on Monday, July 12th.

We will workout four-days a week, starting at 7 am Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays. We will also have evening workouts for Varsity and JV. Dates and times are available on the team calendar.

Our Summer Workouts run through July 29th. The first official day of the 2020-21 season is July 30th.

FRESHMEN ARE WELCOME and encouraged to attend our morning workouts.

Varsity and JV are expected to be in Falcon Gear based on the colors for the day. See the chart here -

Freshmen can wear shorts and t-shirts. Bring cleats and running shoes if you have them. Do not worry if you don't have cleats. There is still time to purchase them. But be sure and read about our expectations on cleats.
