Final Fundraiser of the Year!

We did our best to only run two out of the three fundraisers we run every year. Both the Direct Donation Campaign from all of you and the Discount Card sales from the boys did great! Be we are still short and we have a glaring need we have to address.

Fortunately, this is one of our most successful campaigns of each year. And more importantly we ARE NOT ASKING YOU FOR MORE MONEY.

We really don't want our parents to donate more. We send our Email Campaign to family, friends and all of the people who hit you up this year to help their kids. :-)

To achieve our goals, we need to raise funds to do two very specific things:

(1) UNIFORMS - We desperately need to purchase new uniforms. Our freshmen only have 37 uniforms and our team had over 40 participants. Our JV team is wearing uniforms purchased in 2017, and varsity is wearing uniforms from 2019. All exceed the life expectancy, and the wear and tear has reduced the number of uniforms in good enough shape to use.

2) COACHING STIPENDS - We are one of the few programs in the district able to have nearly 20 coaches. That is possible from the generous support from all of you, the Discount Cards and our Email Campaign. The district provides approximately 40% of the stipends provided to our coaching staff annually.

To streamline and energize our fundraising efforts, we have partnered for the second year in a row with a fantastic online platform called Schoolfundr. Schoolfundr is a safe and effective online fundraising platform that allows us to collect donations from potential supporters. The best part is with Schoolfundr we do not have to pay any huge fees like with other online fundraising options, we get to keep 100% of the money we raise (minus the cc processing fees)!! Schoolfundr is also safe/secure, and does not monetize or sell our data or emails addresses to any third parties. 

Parental participation is key to our success.

To get started, I ask that you assist your student in compiling a list of 20 or more email addresses of potential supporters—family, friends, coworkers, neighbors, and anyone who might be interested in supporting our program. Please have your student save this list on their mobile device, as it will be essential for the next steps in our fundraising campaign.

This simple action will make a significant impact, helping us reach out to a broader audience and maximize our fundraising efforts.
