$10 Physicals

Each student-athlete must have a physical prior to participation. The physical must take place after June 8th and the results must be recorded on the San Diego Unified Health History form available in AthleticClearance.com. If you haven't already scheduled a physical with your pediatrician, you may not get an appointment before the start of the season. There are other alternatives for sports physicals. The San Diego Unified School District is holding a physical June 13th for $10 cash at Canyon Hills High School from 8:00 am to 12:00pm. I have provided the link below.
